You will be responsible for delivering business value to the Customer Experience departments through information technology, and to drive agile culture, an innovative mind-set and design thinking approaches within the tribe.


  • You will need to take on various roles in an Agile model to drive lean, efficient, value driven delivery of the IT Product.
  • Identify IT solutions to support business initiatives and work with the relevant enablers to align the solution with the Enterprise IT Architecture and to comply with security and privacy guidelines.
  • Assist the business in the budgetary sizing of their IT plans and set up the tribe structure to support the IT Plans.
  • As Scrum Master, you will need to execute the Agile approach with good judgment, to manage the effort to achieve the product goals and manage Backlog prioritization within designated constraints. Blending with traditional project management principles and practices may be expected to fit large, complex, missioncritical, enterpriselevel projects etc.
  • At an enterprise level, leading and managing large, complex enterpriselevel initiatives consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile team.
  • As Scrum Master you will need to support the Product Owner:
  • In managing customer expectations for deliverable.
  • Managing stakeholder communications.
  • Manage an effective system of project governance, including Risk & mitigation.
  • Process Management and Improvement Responsibilities.
  • Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Product Management.
  • Any relevant adhoc duties.
  • This is a sole contributor role.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be a Certified Scrum Master.
  • Strong analytical, project management, vendor management, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models, digital development platforms, tools and deployment technologies, DevOps, as well as both Agile & traditional project management principles & practices.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud implementation is preferred.
  • Experience working with multifunction project teams with at least 1015 team members including Developers, and QA Personnel.
