  • Assist in day to day operations matters.
  • Provide support for administrative functions in the daily operations.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Liaise and provide support for team on the field.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for appointments.
  • Update and submit monthly reports.
  • Scanning and uploading of completed documents.
  • Perform adhoc task as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of related experience in similar capacity will be an advantage.
  • Team player with positive work attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Working hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat) / Office Hours
  • Working location : Katong
