About Our Client:


Our client is listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange with its core business in production, sales and distribution of cement.

Through intensive investment in infrastructure, the organization continues to develop an international business in emerging markets.

  • Manage the consolidation process for the organization, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Oversee the finance team to collect and review financial data, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and etc.
  • Review the monthly management reports submitted by subsidiary companies and foreign operations
  • Analyze and interpret financial data from subsidiaries, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement
  • Prepare half year and full year Results Announcement and supporting schedules
  • Participate in the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation and support for the audit of consolidated financial statements

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity and consolidation
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
