WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Nike Store Lead to enhance the consumer experience by establishing a strong connection between the consumer and the brand through exceptional service and implementing brand narratives in the retail environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will apply outstanding customer service skills, sales strategies, and product expertise to match customers with the right products and boost sales. You will be knowledgeable about all store departments and able to carry out all associate activities, including handling more complex transactions or customer service scenarios. Additionally, you will specialize in one or more areas (Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and Sales), seek continuous training to enhance your expertise, assist in associate training programs, support loss prevention efforts, and may have keyholder responsibilities.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of retail experience
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical requirements: twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
