WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Nike Store Lead whose mission is to deliver a premium consumer experience by forging a strong connection between the consumer and the brand through top-notch service and applying brand stories in a retail setting. This role is located at our Nike Unite Store at Changi City Point.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to guide customers to the right products and boost sales. You will have a deep understanding of all store departments and be capable of performing all associate activities, handling more complex transactions and customer service scenarios. You will offer expertise in specific areas or functions (such as Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and Sales.) You will actively seek further training and education to enhance your skills. You will support Managers in executing formal onboarding and training programs for associates. You will contribute to loss prevention efforts through proactive customer service and coordinating associate tasks (although you are not a formal supervisor.) You may also have keyholder responsibilities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of retail experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Physical abilities including twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
