Scalp Consultant

As a
Scalp Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is knowledgeable about various scalp and hair conditions and is dedicated to providing personalized consultations and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with expert hair and scalp analyses and treatments.
• Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers.
• Conduct proper diagnosis, the consultant must prescribe treatment as well.
• Communicate and advise what is best for the client's interest.
• Customize treatment packages according to customers' scalp condition.
• Regular scalp check for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers).
• Followup calls to check on client condition and improvement.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scalp Consultant or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Excellent customer service & sensitivity to customers' needs and paying attention to details.
• Proven professional certificate is a plus.
• With good language proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced working environment.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday.
