Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with expert hair and scalp analyses and treatments.
  • Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers
  • Conducting proper diagnosis, consultant must prescribed treatment as well
  • Communicate and advise what is best for the client's interest.
  • Customize treatment packages according to customers' scalp condition.
  • Regular scalp check for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers)
  • Follow up calls to check on client condition and improvement.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • Experienced in sales with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in the beauty industry) but not REQUIRED
  • Excellent customer service & sensitive to customers' needs and pay attention to details
  • With proven Professional Certificates is a PLUS (but not REQUIRED)
  • With good language proficiency is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced working environment
  • Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday

Salary:
$6, $8,000.00 per month
