Job Description:

  • Works under the direction of a marketing director to help achieve the company's marketing goals and objectives
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies and other relevant information that helps senior marketing manager and director develop marketing plans and strategies
  • Enters marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data and financial reports for senior marketing manager and director
  • Conceptualization and development of tactical promotions to drive revenue for the organisation
  • Work with crossfunctional teams in the implementation of marketing promotions for assigned brands to ensure seamless execution
  • Responsible for the marketing of assigned brands' extended products and services
  • Oversee and manage the development and production of assigned brands' instore POSM and marketing collaterals
  • Create promotional marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, menus, flyers etc.
  • Provides factchecking, copyediting, proofreading and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, coupons, website content and other promotional materials
  • Oversee the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with external vendors such as printers, sponsors and other involved parties
  • Plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a fastpaced environment, experience in marketing fine dining concepts is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills excellent command in written and verbal English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries, request and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the marketing plan and marketing campaign matters and also to handle Chinese language content.)
  • Reliable good team leader who enjoys working at a fastpaced environment whilst also being able to work independently
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to multitask, meet deadlines and manage projects
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
