Job Description
  • Develop and explore new strategic partnership opportunities to enhance unsecured lending sales through alternative channels
  • Manage and enhance existing partnerships to surpass sales targets
  • Ensure prompt contract lodgement and vendor payment
  • Enhance profitability and growth of UL product through Portfolio Management activities, including activation, balance building via limit increments, and retention
  • Utilize Control Tower, metrics, and data to spot trends and translate them into actionable insights for the UL portfolio
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in the Banking Industry preferred
  • Solid understanding of Unsecured Lending products and a background in sales preferred
  • Strategic mindset coupled with strong analytical abilities
  • Motivated, consistently meeting expectations, and resourceful
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
