Your Role :To collaborate + support the Regional HR Business Partners in the delivery of efficient HR services, policies + projects. To manage all HR procedures + ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To support in the recruitment process from job advertisement posting, screening, direct sourcing + arranging for interviews.
  • To assist with preparation of offer proposals + employment contracts.
  • To manage onboarding, internal transfers + offboarding processes in line with our Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
  • To communicate with Shared Service Centre and ensure that all HR information systems are maintained.
  • To be responsible for benefits administration including the management of leave system, insurance + pension enrollment.
  • To support in the annual salary increment + bonus allocation process.
  • To work on HR projects + process improvement initiatives.

Your Skills and Experiences:

This role requires someone with a strong interest in developing a career in HR and high level of integrity. They should have strong communication and organizational skills as well as learning agility.

They need to be positive, people-centric and comfortable when dealing with complex and ambiguous situations.
