ROLE

Looking for a Beauty Advisor to provide top-notch personalized services to customers. Responsibilities include showcasing makeup techniques, recommending suitable products, and educating customers on product details. Customer-centric approach and knowledge of diverse beauty products are key. Your role will be pivotal in reaching sales targets and endorsing our beauty offerings to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Boost sales and brand visibility with expert consultations aligned with exceptional moments.
  • Address customer concerns, drive sales conversions, and handle inquiries on Fragrances/Makeup/Skincare.
  • Maintain counter hygiene, ensure enticing product displays, and restock items promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by showcasing extensive product knowledge across multiple categories and channels. Team up to meet targets while following company directives.
  • Foster lasting relationships with clients post-sale for sustained engagement.
  • Keep the store primed and follow visual merchandising guidelines that mirror the brand's essence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years' experience in a related field, preferably the beauty industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of Makeup and Fragrance products.
  • Certification in Makeup Artistry/Skincare/Fragrance is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to stay composed and friendly during peak periods.
  • Desireable personality traits include a service-oriented mindset and calm demeanor.
  • Additional education in Cosmetology or a related area is beneficial.
