Review and monitor all HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Oversee payroll administration, including local and overseas payroll runs, preparation of payroll-related reports, submission of government-paid leave and tax clearances, and resolving any payroll-related issues.
Manage and conduct recruitment and selection activities, including developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Conduct the employee onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new employees and a smooth transition into the organization.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs, including setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and coaching to staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
At least Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office
