Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries
  • Carry out basic admin duties such as filing, data entry, scanning/sorting documents and reports
  • Support sales team with coordination of orders/samples
  • Support coordination of import/export shipments
  • Process quotations/invoices/POs/goods receipt
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time with different departments as and when required

REQUIREMENT

  • Immediate Full-Time position available
  • Good team player, pro-active, meticulous and organized
  • Problem solver who enjoys working closely with people
  • Pays strong attention to details esp when capturing data
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Office 365, Excel, Teams etc)
  • Ability to multitask and also work independently
  • Possess a positive learning attitude

Working Days/Hours/Location

· Monday - Friday

· 8.30am - 6pm

· Strictly No OT

· Located in the East, Tampines
