Product Marketing Engineer

You will manage the productization of products from packaging concept design, optimization, outer box and manual development, product collaterals, product introduction to planning of sample allocations, to final product shipment.


Responsibilities:


You are responsible for managing a portfolio of products and be an expert on the products that are assigned to you; You would need to ensure key product marketing deliverables are met on time for new product introduction and product refreshes.

These include managing the productization process, formulating product positioning and marketing messages to aid the marketing team, competitive analysis, usability study, product packaging design, user documentation, coordinate product launch schedules, press launches and promotional materials.

The scope also includes creating and driving effective print and online marketing programs to strengthen brand positioning and increase sales.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Engineering with relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in productization
  • Marketing savvy in print and online programs with excellent time and people management skills
  • Able to work effectively across all departments within the company
  • Able to pitch to management concept and ideas
  • A fastlearner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic and fastmoving environment
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with Mandarin speaking business partners
  • Technical knowledge in the audio and visual is advantageous
  • A passion for audio and product design
  • Able to work in tight project schedule environment
  • Able to travel when required
