We are currently on the lookout for a Driver/Administrative Assistant. This position is based in Singapore.

As a Driver/Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Using company vehicle for staff transportation
  • Performing routine administrative tasks
  • Handling yard permit applications, boarding preparations, and onsite registrations

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Capability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Information Management Applications/Tools like MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • A clean driving record. Candidates with a vocational license issued by LTA will be prioritized
