Assisting Patent Attorneys on the following tasks:

  • Drafting patent specifications
  • Responding to Office Actions
  • Conducting searches
  • Analysing and studying patent or scientific documents
  • Providing patentrelated advice to clients

Requirements:

  • A good tertiary degree in one of the fields of ICT, computer science/engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, material science, or life sciences and be a registered Singapore Patent Attorney.
  • An advanced technical qualification (MSc or PhD) and the completion of the Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, Graduate Diploma in IP and Innovation Management, or a Master of IP and Innovation Management will be advantageous but not required.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and have the ability to prioritise deadlines.
