Head Pastry Chef

The primary responsibility of the Head Pastry Chef they are hiring is to manage all of the pastries for one of their brands.
Reporting to Director【What you will be working on】
- Operate and manage the pastry department, working together with the other chefs
- Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations
- Direct and supervise the production staff's activities to make sure that products are up to standards
- Prepare a variety of baked goods and fresh cakes
- Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
- Meet with customers to discuss custommade desserts or baked goods for special occasions
- Ensure the pastry factory adheres to health and safety regulations
- Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train them
- Develop new recipes and keep up with the latest trends
Requirement:

- Pastry education certificate or equivalent (diploma/BA/BSc)
- Minimum 3 years of pastry chef experience
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
- Excellent oral and written English skills
Working Hour: shift ~ shift
