Senior Supply Planning Executive This position requires the individual to drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings, ensure healthy on-shelf availability and execute returns process.


The Talent:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 2 years of experience in supply planning in FMCG environment is a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office with strong knowledge in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus

Description:

  • Skilled in leading S&OP meetings
  • Ensuring sufficient inventory availability across multiple channels, while maintaining onshelf availability.
  • Resolving inventoryrelated issues in stores and warehouses, implementing process improvements to enhance internal operations.
  • Manages replenishments while adhering to the allocated OTB budget through validating replenishment calendars, optimizing stock levels, overseeing order entry and tracking, and addressing unfulfilled orders.
  • Anticipate and effectively manage animations, promotions, new product/brand introductions, and the exit strategy for discontinued items.
  • Ensures consistency between product assortment, product lifecycle, and planogram, acting as the gatekeeper for these aspects.
  • Monitor and follow up on returns progress with brands, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing depreciation by addressing discontinued, expiring/expired, and excess products.
  • Executes the return process in coordination with stores and brands, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines.
