JOB OVERVIEW:

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic FFA Trader for Singapore/ Dubai (UAE)/ India office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reconciliation of FFA trades and bunker swaps
  • Negotiate and execute deals with brokers and counterparties
  • Working with Chartering Team and Bunkering Team for the Derivatives planning and execution
  • Production of FFAs, bunker swap monthly settlements and Month-End P & L
  • Circulate market updates, analysis and insights to the management and the commercial teams

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in derivatives trading
  • Good understanding of shipping and bunkers market and trends
  • Bachelor's degree with excellent communications and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Able to work under fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient and with a high level of professionalism and integrity
