**Responsibilities

Network Setup and Configuration

  • Lead the setup and configuration of network devices, ensuring they align with security and performance standards. Collaborate with the Global IT network team to implement standardized network configurations.

Regional IT Infrastructure Oversight and Budget Management

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the regional IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the business needs and complies with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership to the regional IT team and collaborate with other IT functions.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the equipment in the regional data center.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of data center services, including network performance.
  • Manage infrastructure budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately. Monitor expenditures and implement costsaving measures without compromising project quality.

Infrastructure Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and network devices.
  • Implement strategies to optimize and enhance infrastructure performance. Keep the infrastructure always updated maintaining an accurate End Of Life management.

Network Architecture and Design

  • Develop and implement robust network architectures that meet the business requirements and adhere to global standards. Design and oversee the implementation of network setups to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Collaboration with Global IT Network and Security Team

  • Work closely with the Global IT network and security team to align regional infrastructure with global standards and security policies. Participate in global network and security projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management with a focus on network architecture and data center operations.
  • Strong expertise in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and ability to work closely with security teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a global context.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and performance.
  • Successful experience in working in Luxury Industry in a retail company is a plus.
