Responsibilities:

Provide expertise on Maximo features, industry usage, and best practices to customers and project teams.

Lead Maximo configuration and customization to meet project requirements.

Participate in user and interface requirements gathering.

Propose software architecture, configuration, and customization plans.

Estimate effort and plan software delivery schedules.

Mentor software engineers in Maximo configuration and customization.

Review Maximo configuration, customization, and software coding.

Support site testing activities at customer sites.

Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Project Management certification (PMP), if any.

Minimum 6 years of software development experience (C#/Java) with at least 2 cycles of SDLC.

2 to 4 years' experience in a Software Team Lead role.

Demonstrated leadership skills and strong team spirit.

At least 5 years of IBM Maximo project implementation and customization experience with certification.

Knowledge in IBM MAS, SQL, Java, Automation Script, MBO Customization, Function Concepts, Maximo Configuration, and various Maximo modules.
