  • Develop and manage the company Quality Management System ensuring its continuing suitability and effective in supporting the company business and operations need.
  • Implements and maintain the quality system in compliance to the requirements and standards set by the International Organization for Standards (ISO).
  • Reviews and maintains the company quality and procedure manuals.
  • Conduct internal audit on company Quality Management system (QMS) to ensure company Quality System adhere to quality standard.
  • Acts as the liaison officer for the Company as and when there is internal or external audit conducted by the certification body or customer. Follows up with respective department to implement necessary corrective action after the audit.
  • Implements and coordinates the vendor qualification program with Business unit and procurement departments to establish a pool of reliable vendors/partners.
  • Provide leadership roles in Quality functions (Customer Satisfaction/Quality System, Software Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Manufacturing Quality) driving toward Quality Goal and Objectives.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) awareness training to staff.
  • Participate in tender on QA specification.
  • Assist in customer audit.
  • Conduct regular QA meeting and other QA matters in Cyber BA
  • Manage the Documentation Control Center (DCC), oversee the DCC procedures and documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a quality assurance manager, preferably in the IT industry
  • Certification of quality control (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
  • Work location: Jurong East
