In this position, you'll be responsible for:
The Senior Vice President, SVP (C14) plays a vital role in Citi's Productivity division.
Citi Productivity aims to boost engagement, empowerment, and innovation, enabling Citi to compete effectively in a rapidly changing world. The team develops solutions to optimize Citi's talent pool, utilizing digital tools and streamlining operations to drive business transformation.
The Senior Vice President will be an integral team member managing projects across the organization, varying in size, duration, and complexity with significant business impacts and executive-level sponsorship.
Operating within a flat organizational structure, the Senior Vice President will collaborate closely with senior leaders, lead multi-workstream engagements, and drive project activities through a matrix management approach.
Your role will include:
- Planning, leading, and overseeing all engagement phases; ensuring project execution, identifying issues, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Managing workstream leads, coordinating activities, and overseeing multiple-workstream engagements for senior executives.
- Engaging stakeholders, driving adoption of solutions, and creating and sharing intellectual capital within the Productivity division.
- Developing innovative opportunities for business growth, optimizing operations, and collaborating with stakeholders for revenue enhancement and cost efficiency.
Ideal qualifications for the role:
- At least 8 years of experience in a top management consulting firm or a large financial services company.
- Proven track record of high performance in similar positions.
- Strong communication skills, including influencing senior stakeholders and expertise in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, finance, economics, accounting, or related fields with an outstanding academic record; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred competencies include:
- Leading large-scale transformation projects with executive-level stakeholders.
- Project planning, management, and stakeholder diplomacy skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business optimization.
- Excellence in communication, training, and change management.
