Job Descriptions:

  • Receive Purchase Orders (PO) issued by customers
  • Create/Issue PO to the factory
  • Create/Maintain/Update Purchase Orders Tracking Sheets on a weekly basis
  • Communicate with operation team from customers' side
  • Issue Statement of Account (SOA), both to factories and customers on a weekly basis
  • Liaise/follow up with the factory and customers with receivables/payables
  • Manage/Track Account Receivables and Payables in regards to export/import
  • Issue Sales Invoices to customers
  • Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Meticulous & detail oriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to interact well with personnel of different levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills, handson & positive work environment
  • Independent & proactive
  • Diploma or above in any Business Admin related discipline
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
    will be a great plus .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel)
  • Able to commence work immediately
