Asst. Manager (Sales & Admin)

  • Critical Core Skills & Digital Skills (CCS & DS)

Main Objective:

  • Coordinate with planning division in structuring course planner in line with demand sensing and academies revenue target to achieve for different CCS and DS programmes.
  • Lead the Sales team to generate leads from both B2C and B2B sources
  • Lead the CA team on class confirmation (at least 3 days before course date) with mínimal (less than 10%) class cancellations.
  • Coordination with the marketing team for the required specific activities to boost course registration inflow.
  • Identifying and building relationship with prospective customers
  • Achieve team target for assigned programmes
  • Achieve set enrolment targets under assigned programme groups
  • Achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • Other Business Development, Sales and Admin. related tasks

Responsibilities

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Supervising and guiding the sales and CA teams to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring the performance of the team.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

Key Performance Indicators_

  • Manage all aspects of B2B sales campaigns to upsell the assigned programme groups.
  • Quality sales lead generation leading to monthly enrolment of at least 800 for Critical Core Skills and 500 for Digital Skills courses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Salesdriven, Good with numbers

  • Minimum 90% of leads should be converted to confirmed enrolment
  • Received course enquiries are attended and responded within 1 working day (24 hours)
  • Make sure the assigned CAs are attend to course runs as soon as the registration count reaches 8 and/or at least 3 days before the Course commencement date, whichever is earlier
  • Class confirmation status to be finalized at least 3 working days before course commencement date, excluding Sundays and publicholidays
  • Canceled intakes Registrations should be moved to the upcoming intakes on the same day
  • 100% accuracy in course administration, including special projects
  • 100% Absent and/or Not Yet Competent trainees to come for their class/reassessment
  • Absentees rate lower than 0.5%
  • Minimum average class enrolment size not lower than 1
  • Minimum of 4.5/5 average ratings of feedback from clients for administration support
  • Minimum of 10 new corporate clients are inducted per month
