  • Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife.
The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

  • We have an ambitious growth plan, targeting a multi fold increase in revenue, and are looking for a driven and action oriented business leader to play a central role in shaping the Group's B2B and B2C marketing strategy.
  • Reporting to the Chief of Sales & Marketing Officer, the incumbent shall be responsible for the planning and implementation business strategy as well as leading 2 teams
  • Business Development and Event Sales & Services to drive the growth and maximizing revenue opportunities of an organization through partnerships and corporates.
He/she is knowledgeable on local market trends, competitor landscape and with the aim to build top of mind awareness of Mandai Wildlife Reserves products and upcoming Mandai developments. For a longterm commercial sustainability, the incumbent is also expected to develop and grow strong relationship with clients to achieve optimal satisfaction and engagement. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys fast pace business environment looking for an exciting career with Mandai Wildlife Group.This is a key leadership position of considerable breadth and complexity, and will require a combination of strategic, out of the box thinking, and numeracy, the ability to plan and present as well as execute well with the ability to communicate and collaborate across organisational boundaries.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive corporate and Event sales revenue and visitorship growth
  • Lead and manage Business Development and Events teams
  • Plan, implement, and manage sales B2B and B2C strategies
  • Set, track, and regularly report on sales and marketing goals, objectives and KPIs
  • Design, plan and execute effective sales campaigns across business channels
  • Stay up to date with commercial best practices
  • Establish new accounts and identify key market segments to implement strategies for revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to develop new/refreshed WRS products to tap market demand
  • Identify gaps in revenue contribution and recommend implementation of initiatives to mitigate shortfalls
  • Report on all project deliverables, results and indicators

Job Requirements:
Minimum degree holder with minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Sales/ Business Development / Partnership

  • Possess a strong network of business contacts over the course of career
  • Strong understanding of local markets' trends and demands.
  • Strong commercial acumen, selfmotivated, critical thinker with good problemsolving with customercentric orientation
  • Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and a highly collaborative working style
