We are looking to recruit a
Senior Sales Associate based in
Singapore to** join our centralized Inbound Sales department and be responsible for our Sales Operations in Singapore.

As a member of our sales team, you will manage inbound sales requests concerning bookings of Blueground properties.

What you will focus on:

  • Support the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics
  • Interact with clients, help them understand the business, and resolve any queries they might have
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue (meeting and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs)
  • Proactive daily pipeline management in our CRM

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in sales or account management in the real estate sector in a quotacarrying role
  • Ability to run proper exploratory/discovery calls, be an active listener, and objection handling and negotiation
  • Flexibility with working days
  • Customerfirst mindset and hunter mentality
  • A coachable individual able to implement feedback
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Native or nativelike skills in the English language. Also, fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be a plus
