Job Description

  • Execution of planning, administrative, and logistical tasks, coordinating with internal stakeholders, community partners, and volunteers to support CapitaLand's CSR and CHF initiatives in Singapore
  • Assist in implementing the annual global CSR campaign #GivingAsOne to engage staff, business partners, and customers in doing good together
  • Support in developing, designing, and managing CSR/CHF communications materials like videos, website, intranet, and more to raise social awareness
  • Help with CSR report preparation through data collection and analysis
  • Perform any assigned duties

Requirements

  • Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Curious, resourceful, and meticulous with strong analytical skills, capable of multitasking and managing multiple timelines
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, Chinese language knowledge is a plus
  • Good digital media and IT proficiency, including design tools and MS Office, with the ability to create compelling presentation content
  • Experience in project and event management is valuable
  • Passionate about CSR and community development, with previous community service experience
  • Available for a minimum 6-month internship commitment
