Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a talented, ambitious, and selfmotivated Customer Service and Membership representative to join the APAC team. The role of Membership Support is to represent RICS Members by providing specialist knowledge on all aspects of the post qualified member journey; acting as an ambassador in delivering a consistent and highquality customer experience, delivered through multiple channels.


You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve a consistently high level of service in line with internal processes as you continually build, develop, share and maintain in depth product knowledge.


About You

  • To excel in this role you will have experience of operating in a Customer Service environment and possess excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for speaking to customers, understanding and answering their enquiries
  • Working in the Membership Support role you will need to be highly organised with an ability to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met and be able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
  • With your excellent administration and organisation skills you will have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with members and stakeholders which in turn will enable you to deliver agreed results in a fastpaced environment.
