Job Duties and Responsibilities-Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine customer journey maps, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for automation.

Segmentation:
Segment our customer base effectively to deliver highly personalized content and offers, tailoring messaging to different audience groups.

  • Customer Data Management: CRM systems are central repositories for customer data.
An in-depth understanding of CRM systems to efficiently manage and segment customer data, for creating personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.

Data Analysis:

Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies and automation improvements.


Content Strategy:

Job RequirementsA minimum of 3 years' experience with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
1 to 2 years of hands-on business practitioner experience on marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Customer Insights or equivalent)
3 to 4 years Marketing Automation experience via agency support (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Customer Insights or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS (No coding required)
