Process customer orders.

  • Process purchase orders to vendors.
  • Liaise with vendors on the rescheduling of products. Escalate and resolve linedown problems.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and expedite delivery of purchases.
  • Investigates and resolve problems with deliveries.
  • Process returns /claims. Arrange the return of damaged stocks to vendors.
  • Liaise and follow up with vendors on shortages or excess shipments.
  • Responsible for providing weekly reports as required.
  • Coordinates date and times of delivery to customers based on coordination with all departments applicable.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
  • Check & verify invoices received from forwarders or courier companies before a/c process payment, and raise SS documents if the charges are supposed to revert back to suppliers or customers.
  • Any other related projects/duties not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Liaison with sales, assist in processing quotations and orders loading.
  • To ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Constantly work on improving purchasing processes and developing costreduction initiatives.
- minimum GCE "O" level or equivalent.

  • 23 years of working experience in customer service or buyer field.
  • Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC will be an advantage
  • Effective communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative and hardworking.
  • Able to work under stress and pressure.
  • Follow up and attention to details.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$2, $2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
