Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in M&E services and/or systems such as ACMV, Electrical and P&S, and have the necessary technical knowhow to manage, operate and troubleshoot.
  • Attend to service call(s) and to also ensure M&E Systems are operational including planning, reviewing, and proposing any improvement to existing M&E Systems
  • To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works
  • To monitor progress of the works on site and at any offsite manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
  • To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
  • To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
  • Manage a team of facilities technicians

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial) Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities engineering or similar
