Responsibilities:

  • Conduct original highquality research in Heterogeneous catalysis
  • Publish high quality papers at reputable peerreviewed journals and conference proceedings.
  • Give invited talks at international conferences, securing competitive research grants, and supervising research personnel.
  • Contribute to teaching and course development at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Supervise undergraduate and graduate students undertaking research projects.
  • Undertake administrative and/or leadership roles.
  • Contribute to other servicerelated activities assigned by School and University.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline, with postdoctoral research experiences.
  • Strong record of research and relevant publications in reputable peerreviewed international journals
  • Demonstrated the ability to obtain extramural funding
  • A good track record of supervising research staff, postdocs, students, and interns in relevant fields
  • Experienced in crossdisciplinary research initiatives and collaboration
