The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB), resulting from the merger of the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering (SCBE) from the College of Engineering and the Division of Chemistry and Biological Chemistry from the College of Science, is excited to announce a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level.

Theoretical/Computational Chemistry:We are looking for individuals with expertise in areas of interest such as:
- Quantum chemistry, dynamics, and statistical mechanics with the ability to develop new theoretical and computational methodologies for precise predictions of chemical and physical processes and reaction mechanisms.
- Development of innovative methodologies using data science tools (e.g. Machine learning and/or artificial intelligence) to aid in the discovery of emerging phenomena in various chemical and physical processes, reactions, and applications.
- Possessing relevant knowledge and expertise in spectroscopic studies would be advantageous.
The starting salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the level of appointment.
