What you will do:

Assists on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project and work with subcontractors to get things done.

How you will do it:

  • Main point of contact for maintenance contract
  • Responsible for liaising with suppliers and contractors for maintenance matters
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, receive instructions and attend meetings with LTA
  • Attends all meetings with the stakeholders
  • Submits daily and monthly maintenance reports to LTA
  • Ensures all works are carried out in compliance with the approved works program and approved methodology
  • Manages relationship with Client, contractors, and suppliers
  • Scheduling and overseeing all maintenancerelated work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and system operators
  • Coordinating with project team and system engineers for Maintenance related works.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with Maintenance Plan and EHS guidelines
  • Prepare incident reports in case of any system downtime / system issues
  • Forecasting and ensuring sufficient spare parts inventory
  • Developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance program
  • Coordinating work service orders for changes in the field like relocation of equipment, including inventory update in the system after work done
  • Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
  • Providing necessary support and manpower of fault diagnosis and resolution for project team to complete testing and commissioning process
