About the Role

We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead the digital marketing endeavours within our agency, leading and collaborating with a team of marketers and specialists to ensure cohesive strategies and effective implementation across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a fervent enthusiasm for all aspects of digital marketing and a sharp grasp of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the field, demonstrating proficiency in SEO, performance marketing (particularly on Google and Facebook platforms), and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

  • Collaborate with the SEO specialist to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink analysis.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and work closely with SEO specialists to implement recommendations and improve SEO performance.

Google Ads

  • Work closely with the performance marketer to plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and generate leads.
  • Oversee keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bidding strategies to maximise ad performance and ROI.

Facebook Ads

  • Partner with the performance marketer to develop and implement Facebook Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Oversee audience targeting, ad creative optimisation, and campaign budget management to maximise campaign effectiveness.

Social Media Marketing

  • Coordinate with the social media content creator to develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Work closely with the social media content creator to develop social media content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, etc.
  • Work closely with the marketing executive to provide support for sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and support sales objectives.

Additional Marketing Responsibilities

  • Spearhead branding initiatives and lead generation efforts through the execution of diverse marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement strategic marketing projects aimed at enhancing brand identity and generating leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketer
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with expertise in SEO, performance marketing (Google and Facebook), and social media marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies to optimise campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
