Sunrise is a leading sports goods company in Asia, involved in the wholesale and distribution of branded sports equipment, accessories, footwear & apparel across the region headquartered in Singapore, the company has offices in several countries in Asia.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as
Senior Business Applications Manager in Singapore.

Role Objective


To play a pivotal role in supporting Sunrise globally to leverage its core business systems to support key business objectives and drive transformation.

The key areas of focus will be IT, Banking and Investment systems.

**Key Responsibilities
Information & Technology

  • Assess IT system requirements from endusers and translate them for the IT/software team
  • Monitor IT projects from the inception to completion stages
  • Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met
  • Drive solutions and issue resolutions, for escalated issues from various stakeholders
  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and IT solutions
Banking & Investment

  • Build financial and business models to analyse potential investment targets
  • Oversee transaction management, as well as the formulation of asset plans and reports on the financial performance of the assets
  • Create and develop sound investment management strategies to minimize risk and maximize profits

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a workrelated discipline/field from an accredited college or university
  • At least 10 years relevant experience
  • Ability to strategize, plan and implement change
  • Outstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operations
  • Possess critical thinking and investigation skills
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus
  • Ability to research and interpret relevant regulations, guidelines, and standard
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required
  • Essential qualities include organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently, attention to detail, positive client service attitude, the ability to multitask, and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities
  • Strong handson management capabilities, leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Possess a strong business and customer/client focus
  • Ability to interact and influence variety of users and senior management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology
  • Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required
