Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
Job Purpose
This position undertakes transaction management, client servicing and administration for products offered by the Corporate Trust & Agency Team. The team offers trusteeship for REITs, Private Funds, Exchange Traded Funds and agency role for syndication loans, escrows and other structures.

Transaction Management
Work with external and internal stakeholders to provide corporate trust and agency structures and solutions to clients Assist with review of documentation for set up of new structures, in conjunction with external counsel, advisors, and internal operations team Provide inputs on operational matters when reviewing legal documentation for onboarding of new trust and agency matters Ensure the necessary confirmations or sign-offs are obtained prior to onboarding, and prepare onboarding checklists Liaise with legal counsels and/or clients and arrange for execution of legal documentation Collect and file documentation for the matterAdministration & Servicing
Review and approve adhoc expenses and capex which are not budgeted for and if they are consistent with the operations as well as sufficient revenue to absorb these expenditures Review and approve expenses and ensure that they are permissible expenses in accordance with the constitution documents, Deed, Prospectus and/or the Code on Collective Investment Schemes, where applicable. Prepare compliance checklists for each of the new REITs/trusts onboarded Check for and ensure compliance with provisions in the constitution documents, Trust Deed, Prospectus and/or the Code on Collective Investment Schemes, where applicable Client servicing and management particularly at onboarding Preparing onboarding pack for clients Drafting and ensuring that Operating Memorandums etc. are in place Coordinate and/or guide the operation team for day to day administrationRequirements
