Assisting with special project that require large amounts of data entry from various source into MS Excel and Company System

  • Organising existing data in spreadsheet
  • Perform account receivable and reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support to the team when necessary
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Some accounting knowledge/background
  • With or without experience/knowledge on insurance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good time management
  • Able to work on own initiative and flexibility

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
$2, $2,500.00 per month
