As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint an experienced
HR Business Partner/Manager to lead the Singapore HR function.


This is an exciting and diverse role with a scope of work which includes but is not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee relations, learning & development and HRIS systems.

We're running Workday as our HRIS and utilise Whyze for our payroll, so experience with both these systems would be extremely advantageous.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Business Partnering

  • Supporting Leaders to build strong employee relationships & champion a culture of engagement and performance.
  • Working collaboratively with all Leaders in the delivery of HR projects/strategies cascaded regionally.
  • Accountability for HR Services such as onboarding, employee engagement and learning & development plans.

HR Administration

  • Ensuring the generation of monthly HR related reports & presentations are accurate and timely.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and efficient people processes as well as ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Drafting employment contracts & letters.

Talent, Culture & Community Engagement

  • Coaching Leaders on supporting the employee lifecycle from commencement to separation.
  • Delivering the Performance, Talent & Succession planning cycle.
  • Facilitating training workshops.

Employee Relations

  • Conducting workplace investigations & implementing recommended outcomes.
  • Supporting Leaders with the performance,reward, discipline and feedback process.
  • Ensuring HR policies are regularly reviewed and aligned to local labour/employment laws.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • A Degree qualification in HR, Business or Commerce.
  • Significant experience as a Generalist HR practitioner, preferably in a bluecollar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MOM and labour laws.
  • A credible track record in employee relations including performance management, conflict and dispute resolution.
  • Experience with Payroll (ideally Whyze) and HRIS systems (Workday).
  • Extensive experience in resourcing and recruitment.
  • Experience in managing the employee life cycle.
