Role Overview:


The role of an Executive Officer (Admin & Publicity) at Muslimin Trust Fund Association's Fundraising department involves a diverse array of responsibilities.

The primary focus is on handling publicity-related tasks and providing administrative support for fundraising assignments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Publicity

  • Create and edit press releases, promotional materials, and articles.
  • Develop and execute publicity strategies and campaigns for fundraising.
  • Handle inquiries from the public, media, and affiliated organisations.
  • Conduct market research and recommend improvements.
  • Design and produce presentations and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with the MTFA Publicity Team on mediarelated activities.
  • Prepare media evaluation reports and assist in event organisation.
  • Design promotional collaterals and maintain the department's website.
  • Capture and archive photographs from fundraising events.

Administrative

  • Address inquiries related to fundraising activities.
  • Assist in fundraising assignments by liaising with relevant stakeholders and managing administrative tasks.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of required documents.
  • Coordinate logistics such as transportation and communication with external parties.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to fundraising efforts.
  • Contribute to quality management and data protection initiatives.
  • Manage financial transactions related to fundraising activities.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management for fundraising materials.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Administrative, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in marketing communications, branding, design, and social media management.
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Adaptability to fastpaced environments and administration tasks.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior knowledge of the fundraising and publicity industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in social media and website management.
