Receivable Collection Agent & Account Manager

(Remote Work Opportunity)

We are looking for a Receivable Collection Agent & Account Manager to join our team.


- Candidates with experience in 3rd Party Commercial Collection, desk collections specifically for business clients.


- Full-time remote position.


- Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin & English is a must.


- Adequate computer and internet connectivity required.

Responsibilities at a Glance


- Manage collections of outstanding accounts receivable from existing clients and handle all aspects of collections, resolving billing issues and reducing delinquent accounts.


- Perform collection calls professionally to maintain and enhance customer relationships.


- Address client-billing concerns promptly with emphasis on good service.


- Ensure timely collection of payments as per due dates.


- Analyze delinquency causes and discuss resolutions with management.


- Monitor assigned accounts and relevant collection reports.


- Follow up on payment arrangements promptly.


- Correspond with customers to facilitate payment for overdue accounts.


- Track daily performance metrics and goals achievement.


- Uphold company policies while dealing with customers.


- Maintain positive customer relationships.


- Coordinate with the sales team to align collection strategies.


- Develop a profound understanding of the territory to optimize collections.


- Regularly review and enhance the business plan for the territory.

Desired Expertise and Skills


- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.


- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English & Chinese.


- Previous experience in Business Collections.

- Exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing.


- Actively listen and assert opinions respectfully.


- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.


- Establish rapport, ask relevant questions, and redirect conversations.


- Capability to address objections, analyze feedback, and negotiate solutions.

- Strong time management and critical thinking abilities.


- Knowledge in customer service, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, or finance.
