This role will focus on:

  • For planning, creating, releasing and following up on production orders.
  • Production assembly of hoses, crimping and cutting of hoses.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance of machines.
  • Liaise with machine manufacturers to perform troubleshooting of production equipment as and when needed.
  • Perform quality control inspection, review and recommend disposition of rejected incoming raw material, workinprocess and finished goods
  • Production/ supervisory support as needed: ERP, Inventory management, excel data etc.
  • Develop, Update and maintain SOP as needed
  • Other Task as assigned/ Interdepartmental team collaboration.
  • Conform and upkeep Group EHS safety standards in the workplace
  • Individual contributor who performs less complex engineering assignments
  • Utilizes basic engineering skills and problemsolving techniques to investigate and solve issues of a low to moderate complexity

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

  • At least a minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 years working experience preferred. Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Prior experience with Hoses would be an added advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills and problemsolving skill
  • Competency in the use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Good team player and maintain a positive attitude
