Job Title: Coordinator - Paiza Lifestyle Experiences

About the Company: Marina Bay Sands

We are looking for a proactive Coordinator to join the Paiza Lifestyle Experiences team at Marina Bay Sands. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with the planning and execution of exceptional experiences and events for our VVIP clientele.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain organized records of expenses, accruals, and contracts.
  • Handle communication with clients and vendors.

Event Planning Assistance

  • Develop detailed event plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Research potential venues, vendors, and providers.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and documentation.

Logistics Coordination

  • Organize transportation, accommodation, and security for events.
  • Ensure timely delivery and setup of event components.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials.
  • Request visual media support for events.

On-Site Event Support

  • Assist with event setup and teardown.
  • Act as a point of contact during events.
  • Help troubleshoot issues for smooth execution.

Post-Event Activities

  • Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback.
  • Process payments and invoices.
  • Assist in creating detailed event documentation.

Marketing and Promotion Support

  • Implement marketing strategies.
  • Update social media with event highlights.
  • Support promotional material creation.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

Other Prerequisites

  • Motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
