Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels of laboratory chemicals and consumables, oversee procurement processes, and efficiently manage inventory to support ongoing projects.
  • Compliance and Safety: Coordinate the safe disposal of chemicals and waste, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to safety protocols. Support site maintenance activities and liaise with vendors to uphold safety standards.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks including purchase orders, parcel shipments, scheduling, and compliance with COVID19 safety regulations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide valuable technical support by assisting with formulation requests, scaleup activities, sample preparation, and prototype packing, contributing to the success of research and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Preferably holds a Diploma related to applied chemistry, chemical engineering, chemical process technology, or equivalent field, demonstrating a strong foundation in scientific principles.
  • Individuals with a science background and a passion for innovation are highly encouraged to apply. Comfortability working in a laboratory setting is essential for success in this role.
