Roles and responsibilities
- Prepare for monthly management reporting of group consolidation and local/overseas entities;
- Prepare for the consolidation of accounts for statutory group financial statements;
- Responsible for management reporting & variance analysis; including playing a business partnering role in managing project accounting and the financial performance for Director team;
- Liaise with bankers on treasury related matters;
- Liaise with Payroll team on payroll related matters;
- Prepare audit schedules & liaise with auditors & tax agents;
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and assist in other tax related matters;
- Assist in overseas finance operations;
- Ad hoc internal audit work (Singapore and overseas);
- Assist in any adhoc assignments from management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields;
- With at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity. Those with audit experience will have added advantage;
- Sound technical expertise in internal management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and month end accounting;
- A strong team player with the ability to lead, develop and drive performance of team members;
- Strong ethic, integrity and accountability attitude with the ability to maintain; independence and confidentiality;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent command in English, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Powerpoint;
- Overseas travelling may be required.
