Network Presales Engineer

- Provide presales technical support on network solutions
- Work closely with product vendors and service partners to prepare *Bill-of-Material (BOM)*
- Maintain good rapport with customers and partners
- Stay updated on new products and solutions
- Perform proof-of-concepts (*POCs*) when required
- Ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to the operation/delivery teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant pre-sales experience in networking and security projects
- Network engineers with a minimum of 3 years of project implementation experience are encouraged to apply
- *CCNP* or above is a plus
- Preferably holds Alcatel certification, *F5 LTM*, and expertise in Network Security products
- Strong communication and writing skills with excellent interpersonal skills and *vendor management*
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- A team player who is highly motivated and proactive
- Past experience in Defence and Homeland sector is advantageous
- Familiar with aspects like Routing, Switching, Wireless, MPLS, DHCP, DNS, NAC, Proxy, Syslog, Firewall, SSL VPN, Network Management, and Structured Cabling
- Strong understanding of service inter-dependencies (application, system & network)
- Ability to work independently and engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
