Job Descriptions:
- To handle all conveyancing matters from preparation of options, sale and purchase and loan documentation.
- Independently handling S&P files from beginning to end; essential to manage timelines, SLA els and els2 lodgements, Pay-In and Pay out forms.
- Handle conveyancing matters including subsale, loan documentation & realproperty projects in residential, commercial and industrial properties.
- Corresponding, communicating with clients, developers, bankers, law firms and various government agencies.
- Preparing status report and executing other tasks assigned by the Firm from time to time.
- Qualityfocused and attention to details.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in conveyancing.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and multitasking.
