JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Update product and price list using Sage 300.
  • Check, process and monitor billings and orders.
  • Create new forms using excel when required.
  • Track and update inventory in system.
  • Any tasks as and when assigned by line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE "O or N" Levels, NITEC in Office Skills or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS outlook.
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese to handle Chinese written invoices and coordination with mandarin speaking staff.
  • Meticulous and accuracy in data entry.
  • Fast learner and is a team player.
  • Experience with Sage 300 will be of advantage.
  • Familiarity with fresh produce will be a bonus (fruits, vegetables, seafood) or working experience dealing with supermarkets.
  • 5day workweek, Mondays to Fridays

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$1, $2,500.00 per month
