Citi's Human Resources (HR) team plays a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing our workforce globally. This team supports various key areas such as recruitment, diversity, learning and talent development, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.

We are currently in search of an exceptional professional to join us as Senior Vice President, HR Advisor Senior Lead - Asia South Onshore Citigold & Citi Private Client and International Personal Banking - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Senior Vice President, HR Advisor Senior Lead - C14) located in Singapore. In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Senior Leaders in Onshore Citigold & Citi Private Client and International Personal Banking to recommend and execute Human Capital strategies aligning with business priorities
  • Working with business leaders and HR Specialist areas to develop and implement HR programs aligned with Citi's global HR Operating Model, focusing on enhancing the employee experience
  • Providing coaching to senior leaders on leadership skills, talent management, diversity, and team building
  • Enhancing the culture within the Onshore Citigold & Citi Private Client and International Personal Banking by implementing initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction levels
  • Assessing current talent within the organization and ensuring performance recognition
  • Aligning human resources with business strategy
  • Proactively identifying business challenges and opportunities
  • Implementing initiatives to enhance organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Developing policies and procedures to drive improvements in business and HR efficiency
  • Leading change management efforts
  • Evaluating risks and ensuring compliance with regulations

Key qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of relevant Human Resources experience in the banking and wealth industry
  • Proven ability to support high-growth businesses effectively
  • Experience in fast-paced organizational environments
  • Strong influencing skills at the Executive Leadership level
  • Training experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred
